Aku sering lupa tarikh birthday anak2 aku... Nasib baik ada reminder tak diduga recently... berjumpa satu couple ni, which their birthday coincides with both my kids! The wife same day with my Sofea, the hubby same day wiv Aqid..... sungguh luar biasa, untuk dipertemukan dlm urusan circumstances yg bersangkutan ngan house sale. Nonetheless, harap urusan kita berjalan lancar hendakNya... both parties akan gembira.InsyaAllah.
So, semalam.. delayed birthday celebration for Sofea, bahan tak cukop.. so aku blasah ajer new choc cake recipe.... rasanya boleh la.... kali ni topping choc buttercream.

Ini topping choc buttercream ja, slalu wat ganache, tapi cooking chocolate tadak.... so buat ni jer la. But recipe ini, mmg sangat moist. although baked tadak steambath
