u just need a bag of tpg pulot,
a pinch of salt.
Blended, strained pandan juice about a bowl full
One block of gula melaka, cut into small pieces
A small packet of grated coconut
A pinch of salt
1. add salt, strained pandan juice SLOWLY into pulot flour until dough is smooth and no longer sticky. basically until senang nk gentel...
2. then roll between ur palms dough size of a small marble. letak gula melaka dlm.... then chuck it into boiling water. wen it floats, it is cooked
3. Pick it and rolled it whilst hot into grated coconut that's mixed well with a pinch salt.
So easy, even my hubby can do it. up
