This is a healthy breakfast or tea time option for those who has sweet tooth but not looking to put the pounds. The original recipe is called Apple & Walnut muffin, but I omitted the walnut. It uses vanilla essence, but I find adding orange zest or essence gives it a lil bit more 'zing'! If your green apple is too sour, add in a lil bit more sugar.
Remember not to overmix the batter, or it will turn up keras and tunnelled. Selamat mencuba!
