Aku dan dunia cake chocolate..... tak leh pisah.... aku buat kek 2kg, habis dah dlm masa 2 hari...
Kali ni, adjust pakai buttermilk.... heaven soft texture....!
& nak best lagi mkn mkn ngan vanilla ice cream...

ELIER's Dark Rich Choc Cake
150gm butter
1 cup of hot water OR 1 cup of buttermilk (how to make buttermilk? add 1 tbs vinegar to 1 cup of milk, let it stand for 10mins before use)
1 teaspoon of instant kopi
3/4 dark chocolate bits ( i like adding 1 tbs of choc emulco)
1 1/2 cup white sugar + 1/4 brown sugar (adjust to ur liking, if u wanna put ganache/frosting on top, then lessen sugar tu la.... aku suka manis, buboh la lebih more 1/4 lagi )
3 eggs
2 teaspoon of vanilla esen
2 cups of flour + 2 tsp baking powder + 1 tsp baking soda + 1/4 cup of coco powder (sift dry ingredients ni)
HOW LA?
1. Melt butter in a saucepan large enuff to fit all the ingredient ni. (medium size pot la)
2. Remove from heat, stir in buttermilk/water, instant kopi & chocholate bits, emulco juga.
3. Stir until smua melt, then add sugar.
4. Eggs + vanilla esen... beat well. Campak inside the pot & stir.
5. Add the sifted dry ingredients. Take time to mix it well... ada small lumps skit2 tak per, nnt dah masak ilang.
Masak lah cam biasa korang buat cake. 180 degrees for an hour. Make sure cake slightly cool before u take out from the oven.... 10 minute ke....
